Encompass offers support to women from crisis point through to exit. Starting with Engage at Walking Outreach and Drop-in; through to Build with support for stability with housing and health; and finally Flourish to develop skills for independent living.

Recognising that a contributory factor to seeing an end to sex trafficking is to end demand, it is essential for support to be available for men who no longer want to buy sex. The Flint team offer confidential mentoring enabling men to facilitate healthy change in their lives.

We offer specialised support in the execution of warrants for sex trafficking, bringing the women involved a level of care and compassion that has previously been missing. Our Tamar Project details our intention to broaden our support for survivors of sex trafficking enabling us to move beyond providing care during warrants.

PAST is People Against Sex Trafficking, an initiative which works to bring local community solutions to local community problems relating to sex trafficking.

The Flourish Community Hub is a safe space for the women from Encompass to be together with frontline staff and volunteers during the week, sharing in meal times and conversation, as well as taking part in any number of the structured sessions available. Implicit within the practical and creative timetable of activities is the opportunity for improved mental wellbeing, personal development, healing from trauma and connection with others.

Our Outreach is made up of a small team of Flint and Encompass volunteers. They go out into Luton town centre to meet, talk and pray with the men and women who find themselves out on the streets late at night, offering a friendly face and help.

Reroute, led by invitation, aims to raise awareness among teenagers about grooming signs and recovery. In response to high demand, we operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
